Carols by candlelight

Tonight 168 people packed into St Leonard’s Church Sheepstor. They enjoyed the traditional candlelit lessons and carols service in the run up to Christmas.

Refreshments

The congregation then met in the Village Hall. Traditional refreshments were served: Mince pies and mulled wine. These were greatly appreciated.

A Challenge for us at Christmas

This was an excellent continuation of our Christmas Services. The bidding prayer encouraged us to plant the seed that will allow growth in the life of faith in 2016. I hope some take up the challenge and opportunity.
